Field Technician
Pay
Compensation is negotiable based on skill and experience
$19/hr minimum
1.5 x overtime
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of drainage projects
Collect field data using RTK GPS
Interpret detailed site plans
Provide installation crew with critical information
Assist installation crew with the installation of drainage systems
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency certificate
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Skills and Experience
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Able to stay organized with strong attention to detail
Able to read engineering drawings
Skilled with mechanical hand tools
Experience lifting, rigging, and preparing for heavy equipment operations
Proficient computer skills; comfortable with using email and the Microsoft Office suite
Additional Requirements
Physical effort including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment up to 45 lbs. unassisted
Able to work in outdoor environments
Ability to work all required shift hours, including overtime and weekends when needed
Willing to travel for short trips as needed, up to 5% travel
