Laborer

Pay
Compensation is negotiable based on skill and experience

  • $18/hr minimum

  • 1.5 x overtime

Responsibilities

  • Assist operators with the installation of drainage systems, septic systems, and earth moving

  • Assist in the forming, pouring, and finishing of concrete flat-work

  • Operate support equipment

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate

  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience operating skid steer, loader backhoe, and/or excavator

  • Experience lifting, rigging, and preparing for heavy equipment operations

  • Able to read engineering drawings

  • Skilled with mechanical hand tools

  • Class A CDL (+$2.00/hr.)

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

Additional Requirements

  • Physical effort including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment up to 45 lbs. unassisted

  • Able to work in outdoor environments

  • Ability to work all required shift hours, including overtime and weekends when needed

  • Willing to travel for short trips as needed, up to 5% travel
